I help someone with there homework and he was able to pay it forward to someone eles.
I could give a homeless guy some money.

well in one case someone can hold a door open for someone or even for a complete stranger.

I've helped people many times, but one time that really stuck out is when I went to Africa to help build bible schools! The kids really appreciated it, so when I got letters from the schools I wasn't too shocked to see that they have helped others after I had left. The teachers say I influenced them greatly, which helped them pay it forward to others.

One time when I "pay it forward" is when my little cousin asked for the bag of Extra Hot Cheetos and I gave her my whole bag and then when my came home she came home with and even bigger bag of Extra Hot Cheetos! I was so grateful. (:
