Spring Break

Today is the last day before your Spring Break. All schools have spring breaks so students and teachers can relax for awhile.

Today I want you to think about large families. Many families today are choosing not to have as many kids because the cost of living is so high. I am from a large family. I have 5 brothers and 8 sisters. I loved coming from a big family but I had 3 kids.

Today is the last day of 3rd qtr. The 6th grade group 6B won the Study Island Contest of Blue Ribbons. Think today about your whole 3rd quarter. Starting on Monday it is a fresh new start on how you can succeed. I really care about each and everyone of you, and I want you to do well in school in all your subjects.

Did you know your body needs sleep to re-fuel for the next day? It has been proven that people any age need to get a certain amount of sleep each night to be healthy. Kids in Junior High need 8 hours of sleep a night.
