Today is your last day of the quarter in writing lab. Please remember all you learned in My Access to use the corrective actions we discovered to up your score. You will continue to use this in your Language Arts classes. The corrections like repeating the prompt at the beginning, middle and end, spell check of course, and my editor.

The thing I liked best about writing lab was study island. I liked to play all the different games.

when I improved my score i would add a bit more detail and discribe things. the thing i liked best were the computers and being able to type faster.
I used transition words and I started to be more creative. I also restated the prompt at the end of my essay.
my editor was a big help with me on my work.

I didn't use any tricks this year. I just wrote better stories and used more detail. So I guess that could be a trick but I count it as one.

The trick that helped me on my holistic score was to use abc check, and to make my essay longer. The thing I like best about writing lab was the teachers, they were always there to help and they were really nice.

The tricks I used were more than one. And one of those tricks was spellcheck another one was translatoin words. My what I liked best about writing lab was going on study island because it was a fun way to learn.

In writing lab I learned that I shouldnt use the boring words and I should use the new words that are better.Also I learned that in study Island you dont have to get all blue ribbons as long as you tried and you did your best thats good, and I learned how to write a story useing at least six sentences.
