With Thanksgiving this week we all need to realize we need to be more appreciative and thankful for what we have. Your health, your family, your friends, grades, whatever you can think of.I am grateful for my family who I love and for a career choice;that I can spend time with kids in a positive environment.

In Germany did you know that cars can drive as fast as they want? they have no speed limits in Germany, you can drive from 40 mph or 140 mph, do you think we should be able to do that in the United States?

Free Time

Having 5 days off this past weekend you had time to relax. Hopefully you had time with your friends, sleep in and hopefully read. Free time is valuable and you need sometimes to make a plan or a list to fit it all in that you want and need to do.

Wow October and first quarter are over! October brings colors, cooler temperatures, football games and 2nd quarter.This is my favorite season for all the above reasons. Election Day is Here

Today is the election for our President of the United States. The most important election in our nation. Today our officers were announced for Dirksen Student Council another important position held for just our school.

This year the Election Day for our President is the biggest election turn out our country has ever had.The polls say that most voters are effected by weather. The weather is beautiful so the turn out will be even bigger then predicted.
