Many kids today would rather text then have a conversation.
Explain;
 what would you rather do use your phone or computer or talk on your phone?

                    Today think about 2 things that you can compare. I will compare prices. I try to watch the prices at grocery stores. Although Walmart has lower prices then Jewel on their produce, both stores can have similar prices when Jewel has a sale.

Many adults and kids volunteer. Their are many ways to be a volunteer. Being a nice kind responsible student is showing ways of volunteering.

                             Well here we are our last day of Literacy Lab!

2013

                   Welcome to the year 2013! This is your last week of 2nd quarter. Many people try to make changes in their life with the New Year!  I joined a book club that only reads mysteries. I also promised myself to eat a piece of fruit everyday.

What is a change you want to make in your life?

Welcome Back 2013

              Happy New Year! I hope you all enjoyed your nice long 2 week winter break. I sure did and I hope the year 2013 will be an interesting, healthy and exciting year for all of you.
Many people make new years resolutions for changes in their life. My wish in 2013 is to have healthier habits, to eat more fruits and vegetables and I joined a book club. I love mystrey and suspense books that is the type of book club I am in.
