February 5 Journal
I'm glad you are here. Today you will have 30 minutes to work in Study Island. Be sure you are using your notebooks (I should see them out). Work for those blue ribbons. Currently the 7th grade is in the lead, followed by the 8th grade and 6th grade right behind. I am going to do some direct instruction in My Access today and show you how to navigate through the Persuasive Wizard. You will take notes. Check the homework on the side of the blog as well as the extra credit.

If I were a weatherperson I would talk about who won the election for president or I would talk about a shooting that had happen
A time when I was on a team would be in 4th grade when i played basketball. I wasn't really good at it though. I would practice to get better but nothing seemed to work. I got a little better, earned a trophy, and then I stopped playing.
I work in a team eveyday when I'm in band. It may not be an average team, but it's harder than one might think. When we're in band, we have to make sure we listen to each other, communicate, respect, and realize who needs to be heard above the rest. It may sound dorky, but its true. Band is more complicated that you'd think. If the members of the goup do not listen to one another, we will not be successful.
well ther was this one time i had to work in a group on my sci fair project it wasnt a good idea nothing got done
Last year when I was in the 7th grade, all of the teachers got together and arranged a field day as an end of the year activity. We all had to get into teams and work on varioous activities in order to win. It was a hassle to get through all of the activities because sometimes we just wanted to go right ahead and do the whole thing by ourselves, but in the end we all worked as a team and did a good job. It was a good experience because now I know how to cooperate in a team or group.
I am on a team a wrestling team, and it is not a easy team if you are not in shape you are not fit to be on our team. We strive to become the best. 4-1
BREAKING NEWS there is a gigantic snow storm coiming in from the north it will snow for 12 hours and we should be expecting 12-24' inches of snow so that means no school for kids for about 2 days remember to be careful when driving and dress apporpetialy for the weather
today will be a nice day to go out and have a family picinc. you can go play sports out side and it will be fun. it will be lie 78 around like 12 and by 3 it will be like 80 degrees and so that is goning to be nice
Ive been part of team many times, in 6th grade i joined soccer and in the 7th grade i joined wrestling and soccer. This year i joined cross country and im currently in wrestling and i really like it because i like been part of the Dirksen wrestling team because i feel since this is my last year at Dirksen i want to try my hardest and actually go somewhere with wrestling this year. Since i am a part of the team i feel i shouldnt let them down by been absent. That is why ive o nly been abdsent once and that was only over Xmas break.
The experience of being on a team is really good cause you know you can count on them like they can count on you.
The time when I have worked as a part of a team was when,I had to watch and teach alot of children. Also I had to help set up food as well I was a part of a team of that as well.

A lost mainly due to missing two of their star players Trae Turner and Terrel Woods but Morris Dunningan held them in the game with 35 points. Their season end after a 17-3 season

I was in a soccer team for like a year once and it was good. i fell down once because i bumped into this dude. We also lost because our team was bad.

when I had to work on a team it was hard because the team that I was on made me do all of the work which took even longer but I was happy because I told my teacher and he gave me extra credit for it.
I am always working on a team in the summer time. I play softball and we always have to work togrther to win a game. We have to communicate well, and know wht we have to do at all times.
I had to work as a team when me and my friend are doing a duet for solo and ensemble contest. Its a band and orchestra thing.

We have a really bad snow storm coming right toward use and its going to be a real nasty one so if i was you i would stay home and get warm! I wouldnt go out side for nothing. If you do i would say that you would have to get dress really good for this kind of weather.
A time I worked as a time was yesturday during volleyball practice and there were only four on my team including myself and 6 on the other team. We had to work as a team to try and beat them because it really doesn't matter how many people there is on a team what matters is if you work together which is what we did.

A time when I worked with a team is when i was in scince. We had to work with someone and had to write about rocks. That experince was pretty good only because we got to see the amazing rocks.
A time I was on a team was in 6th grade. I was playing soccer for the school. i was good but I only played defence. I was praticing with my friends and family. i started to get better and better.
I remember a time when I my siblings, my mother, and I all planned a suprise party for my dad's birthday. We had to keep it a serect for almost a whole month. It was hard for my little brother, but he didn't bive it away. This experiance taught me the three C's, calm, cool, and collected.

I would predict that there is a HUGE winter storm coming tonite that could possibly be a blizzard. From this storm we can get anywhere from 5-10 inches of snow.

I worked as a team when I was playing soccer. It was fun and really cool. Playing soccer with a friend is really excitin. You can pass the ball, score points,and work as a team is the best. The best part is that you can have fun with your peers. That is the cool part of being on a team

when i was on the soccer team last year they were very postive and that was good because i really was not that good at, but i love soccer so i went at it but i learned that no matter if lost we really have to try, and that does not just count for sports but for tests and school stuff you know.
