If the owl could talk it would say why are ou string at me. The owl would say ask me why everyone that it meets is always afraid of it. The owl would also ask me can I see at night the way they could.

if i saw a talking owl on a tree and it was trying to say something i think it say, hoot hoot get out of my sight because owls really dont look that friendly they look like birds that are always mad or angry at people or each other.
