Yes I do have a favorite heirloom from my grandpa, the heirloom is this one solider helmet from the Vietnam war that was passed down from my great great grandpa to my grandpa and now my grandpa is passing the helmet down to me and wants me to pass it down to my kids.
The item that came from an old generation was the helmet because, the helmet was just green and hard and it is dirty still from all the dirt and now the helmets are camo and have different colors for different jobs.
