Does your family have rules when to go to bed on school nights? Do you stay up later on the weekends?
My family does have rules wen I go to bed on school nights I cant be on my phone when I go to bed but I do it anyway, im not allowed to eat anything past 10:00 but i always have my mid-night snack such as takis, hot chips, pop, and chicken with hot sause. Yes I stay up laater on school nights I stay pretty much all night and eat ice-cream and chocalate all nightand enjoy it.

My family does have rules when i go to bed because im not aloud to stay up past 10:00 but i wait until my mom goes to sleep and i wat alot of junk food and i stay up and watch tv until i get tired

My Family do not have rules when to go to bed on school nights we could go to bed when ever we want. On the weekends i do stay up later then i do on weekdays.
My family doesn't have bed time rules as long as its not like going to bed at like 4 o'clock in the morning. Sometimes I do stay up later on the weekends.

My mom makes up go to sleep at or around 8:30pm. She also takes my phone because she knows I stay up late texting or on the internet. But on weekends she doesn't really care. She just tells me not to stay up too late and leaves my phone.

My family rule of sleeping on school nights is; everyone has to be in bed by 9 pm. I fall asleep around 10 or 11 pm. By us being in bed at 9 pm it means that my mom does not want us to be using or phones or the laptop or the computer pass 9 pm. On weekends my mom does not give us any rules for bed time or lights out. I do fall asleep like at 3 am.
