Yesterday we were off to observe Veterans Day. A day to honor all our men and women in the Armed Forces. All military soldiers in all areas of our country: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard.

The basic answer is: they are brave!
This flag is symbolic of the men who used to march into battle with an actual flag. So steady and strong that the flag would blow behind them. On the arms of our soldiers, the flag faces as if being carried into battle, blowing behind them.

My dad was in the Army before I was born and my great grandpa fought in World War 2. My dad is thankful still alive, but my grandpa is dead. He died when I was 4 or 5 years old. I miss him.

The first person I want to talk about is my uncle Mike, he was is Iraq, next I want to talkabout is my great-grandpa Foster Beamsley, he resieved a purple heart, and he was apart of D-Day. 1.Well I would have to say my cousine is in the air force hes still serving and rite now he is in Iraq and we can't hardly see him or talk to him because he most likely doesnt have time hes usually buissy and now that hes been there his parents had a little girl and he doesn't know so its more likely a surprise to him and we cant wait to see him.
