a time when I lost my temper was when i caught a girl talking bout me and I had on the edge already and I just then lost it.
i used to go to anger manaement... it doesnt help so dont trust them...
I saw my mom lost her temper so bad that my sister was carry beacuse my sister came home at 11;00. that way i saw my mom lost her temper.
I know I can get temper but I can't remember the last time I had got tempure.

Once in fourth grade, a girl got angry for being made fun of in class. So she starting behaving psycho and began throwing her books EVERYWHERE! She even injured our teacher and was sent to the office.

I always loss my temper at wrestling meets but one time I lost it and almost got arested for it.
One time I lost my temper was when I was 12 and I had a baby brother who was about 5 or 6. He hit me with ALL his might!! It hurt so bad that when I had me reflex I hit him so hard he fell down and hurt himself. Then I got in trouble and that was that. However, I didnt get in much trouble.

I was so angry because I use MY triple A batteries for MY Mp3 player and also that is the only way to tune everyone at my house out.
