Because students think that the sub don't really matter and subs never really yell at you. And yes i do act different when a sub comes.
Most students act out when there is a sub in the room. They do that because they think that if there is no real teacher in the room they don't have to listen to the one that is.
they act different beacuse thay can do thing whan the tearher is not her but a sub don;t kown thing act. all
becase it feel no teasher is waching
a lot of people act different because they no that there are different thing that you can do with each teacher and try to mess up and act silly but in the end thats ho your whole class gets in troble
we act different when their is a sub because they dont know us so we see what we can get away with.
Students usaully act different with subs because they don't think that they are actually teachers that can punish us. Whenever we have subs in our classrooms I always notice kids acting differently from when they would if it was our regular teacher. Teachers could tell the substitute to be more strict to where students wouldn't act up.
Students believe that subs have less power over you and you'll feel more comfortable.
I think they know they wont see them as much as the real teacher.
they act different becasue they think that they can get away with anything. personally me i do act different when a sub is around. because i might think something good or bad about the sub. i think that teachers should have deep cconversation with their students so that they can act appropiately around sub.
Many students act different when a sub is in a class because they think the sub won't do anything. ost students get away with a lot of stuff by lying to the sub teacher.
i always notice students acting different when we have a sub. i think they act different because they know they wont get in like big trouble since its not their normal teacher. and the subs dont really know what they can and can not let the students do. so sometimes a student might ask to sit somewhere else or eat something and the teacher will let them, but they really know they're not supposed to.

Students think that the sub is a pushover, and that yelling and acting like a zoo will go unnoticed. Yes, I have acted differently around a sub, because I feel safer acting up.
The kids think that they free and not do work. i sometime dont do work when the sub is in the class room.
because they know that the sub is not as strict as the regular teacher anfd that they can probably get away with much more than a regular teacher ant that's probably why I know that sometimes I get in my fun moods and I act like that but most of the time I get noticed as the good one in the class and sometimes even get rewarded for my good behavior.
I act out in front of subs because you wont see them again and they dont really know and you probly wontsee them again

Students act different when there's a sub because for the fact it's not there teacher and they feel like they can do whatever they want for that class period. When theres a sub I act out of terms sometimes but it depends on my mood. Since every teacher knows that students have bad and different behaviors with a sub then the subs should come in serious and not coming in saying " I know your class is going to do well today." when really it doesn't happend that way.
i do notice that students act different i act the same all around. but the teachers can offer soemthing so if they get a good report.
Why do student act different when they have subs.There really not a teacher just someone who filling in for our teachers. Plus the dont konw who is bad or good. It fun messing with the sub.It not right because we are testing there limits. I personally love messing with the sub because it funny when there up set i tell them the oppisit of what the teacher say.
Students act different when a sub is in the room or teaching for that class because students feel that the sub has not earned that amount of respect from the students. Students also act different with subs because they think that they have an advantage with their behavior and that they dont have to behave the same way. Teachers can punish the students that are acting out. However,they should NOT punish the whole class. I will be honest,sometimes I act differnt with subs for the good or bad.It all depends on my mood, the class, how my last class went,and the sub.
Students sometimes act up when a sub is in the room. I really act the same way when a sub is in the room a good boy.
SUBS ALWAYS ACT DIFFERENT BECAUSE WHEN YOU DO SOMETHING WRONG THAT YELL AT OR THEY WILL SEND YOU DOWN TO THE OFFICE
Students act different when there is a sub in the room because they take advantage of the fact that their teacher isn't there. I dont know what teachers can do to prevent this.

I've noriced that when we have a sub students act WAY diffrent, they talk a lot more and do other stuff. When a sub comes i do act just a little diffrent.

I act different because our regular teacher is the same we know all about her we know her rules but when a sub(: is in a room we dont know a whole lot about them we feel we could do what we want its a simple fact but thats how i act take Mrs. Foxworth she is a very funny teacher and sometimes is serious but when she is gone we talk and talk because she doesn't aalow us to talk
I think that they act different because they want to have some fun and they get bored of doing work snd not being able to talke with their friends so when theirs a sub they act different.Yes I have acted different becuase I never get the time to talk with my friend so when there is a sub I talk to my friend a lot even when the teacher is talking becuase there is just a lot to tell her.

I think students act different when subs because they thini the sub will not do any thing to them.but when the teacher is there they act good like nothing happened

I think this happens because some subs are not strick enough or just let the students do what they want. Teachers should leave notes to the subs about what to do if something is going wrong, directions, and sitting charts.

The students act difrent when teacher are gone because they think that the techer wont know that they are doing stuff they shouldnt. I notice people act diffrent because they think they could do what ever they want. Teachers should get a camra like the babby sitter camra to watch the kids while they are gone.

Most students think that subs are dumb. Subs are my fate of not getting in trouble when my teacher comes back.

I think that kids don't really care if there is a sub in the room because the kids will still act bad anyway.Unless there is a reward. That's how it was last year. I do act good whether there is a sub in the room. When I was little I was bad. Now,I'm good.

i think that when a sub comes in that the kids thimnk it going to be a cool laid back day and they can do anything they want.i do that sometimes when we have one.but that barely happens.
When i have a sub my, whole class goes crazy. and i think i know why they always act up and it is because they never get time to talk in class so they take the time that they have when the sub to talk.....:]
i think other people act like that because they think that just because there real theacher is nit there that they can wil but i dnt act like wild when there is another teacher in the room because i dont want to be getting a refferal for acting wild . so im not going to act wild in class

Some students act differently when subs come because they dont know how some of the subs act and they dont reallymatter,and I act differently when a sub comes.
They think that there not going to get introuble that why they do it.I notice that they play around and they yell for no reason at all.They now no one is going to tell on them.I that they should have a student teacher in the class so they can tell there teacher.
I don't no why we act different. To be honest if there is a sub I do talk more but I don't know why? Maybe because I think they wouln't care so much. Some students act crazy.I don't know why this happens.I think that the teachers should pertend not to go to school and go but hinde and let the sub teach and if the students are bad she comes out and sees what happened.

I think that the students should act more appropriately because the if you have a sub and then you be bad and all the kids start getting crazy then that sub would not want to come to Dirksen ever again or to any other class because of the behavior of the students!!!iIf it was me i will try my best and behave myself not to give alot of trouble because the next day i will not get to do cool things in class!!!:)_lol

SOme people act different when there is an sub because they think that the sub doesn't know how things work and they just try to get over on them and act a fool.I used to act like that when i was younger but I learned not to act a fool because it's not fair to the sub who is trying to get used to us and teach us.I really don't see anyone acting up around a substitute anymore maybe because we're older and they got tired of acting just because we have a different teacher for a day.
most students think it's alright to act out in front of a sub.but it's just like a real teacher but it is a sub.they don't yell you unless you do something wrong in the then you got to here it from your teacher.And thats not a good site because they will call your mom or dad to tell then how you been act in class room.so it is just a wast of you time and yes i do act up in front of the sub sometimes.and if you think that you going to get away with it they do be written down all things that happen in class room and if you don't get by with it than you got a good sub then
When sub's come evertime the class allways think that ther'e not going to do nothing but when sub's come i ct pretty much the same.
