I always loose my temper and I don'y know why half of the time. I just get mad over little things like not being able to do something I want to do.

The time I lost my temper was when my sisters was arguing and it mad me mad so I started yelling and I left and was mad for the whole day.

A time when i lost my temper was when my brother had got me in really big trouble with my parents for no reason my parents had grounded me. I tried to tell them i didnt do any thing. They wouldnt beleive me so when i went to my room all mad i let my and out on the wall and punched it and made a whole i there. And then i got in even more trouble just for that.
One time I lost my temper when my brother tackled me. He was on top of me and I kept telling him toget off but he wouldn't so I tried to roll over. When I did his head hit the molding by the door. His head was split open but he didn't need stiches which was a good thing.

The one time that I really lost my temper when I was in the 4th garde.Some people were messing with me sense the dew weeks of school got in. One day I got so mad at my sister because she told me that my dad told her to help me dress more better because I dont dress girlie like she do and I got mad becaause that is how I'am and no one can tell me how to do things my way. I was so mad I just started yelling at her.
