Veterans Day
We do not have school on Wednesday to honor our Veterans. In some places it is called Remembrance Day or Victory Day. Today I want you to remember someone special that is a soldier. Someone you know that is in the service like the Army, Navy, Marines, or Air force. If you do not know any soldier give a name of someone who is very special to you and why?

Someone special to me that is in the navy is my aunt Jessica.
Someone who is very special to me is my grandma because she makes me happy and travels alot and she will tell me about her trips.
My causin is training to be a marine. He has bin training for two years already
My dad because he served in the navy along time ago and he had a lot of fun serving for our countrie.
My uncle , David, he was in the army but then he got shot on the left leg amd he got sent home. He is suppose to go back to Iraq.

Some one special in my life is my one of my very good friends named Mireya. She is 13 and she always is giving me advice.
i am going to sleep all day or i will stay in my room and wach t.v all day my stap dad is in the arme and i pray for him ever day my grampa was a sarves man befor he die.

M grandpa served in the navy during world war two. he was on a tansport that delivered food and weapons in the pascife. He went to islands where there was fighting he didn't fight but he did bring back a Japenice helmet.
A person that I think is special are my best friends Amy and Icsely. They are very special to me.
My dad is my hero. He always helps me when I need it and is a good role-model.
My moms boyfriend is a special person to me becuse he takes me to the stores and buys me lots of things and we both like video game.(witch is vary surpriing in my house)

Well I really dont know anyone in the army so i'm just going to say my Grandma is my special person cause she been there since i was born in Silver Cross Hospital and she was the one who named me justin and my auntie named my last name i love my family.

Someone who is very special to me is my dead grandfather who was in World War II. (He didn't die in the war, though.) Also, my best friends mom, who is a nurse in the Navy, who had to relocate to D.C. to get a higher rank.
I believe that the soldiers are very important, and we need to honor them. Even if we miss them if they move, or otherwise, it is/was for something bigger, like our country. (I had to just put that last part out there.)

The only person that I know that is aa soldger is one of my freinds that have a sister in Afganistan that just came how as a replacement.

I do not know any one in the navy but someone very speacial to me is my dads friend Oscer who has sadly pased on to heaven. The reason why he is special to me because he would play games withme like football and he would play video games like Jak 3 with me.
