Minuteman
Minutemen are troops that had to be ready on a minutes notice. Have you ever gotten up late an only had minutes to get ready? Write a sentence telling me about that time, where did you have to go? What happened that you slept in? How long did it take you to get ready? did you make it on time?

I remeber when I got up like thirty minutes late for school and I decided that it was too late to get ready for school so I just went back to sleep.
I never get up late, my dad wakes me up the same time each day.
I woke up and i had 2 minutes to get ready and on the bus yes i made its on time but i forget my book bag on the bus so i didnt have my homework.
Ya I woke up morning at 7:30am and ahd get school quick
I wake up early in the morning, as a routine, but when I do wake up late I have my mom take me late to school.
One day I woke up at 6:45 and I had only 15 minutes to get ready, eat, and walk out to the bus stop. Because I had school.

This morning I woke up late and I only had 10 minutes to get ready.At the end I missed the bus and my dad needed to bring me to school.But luckily I made it on time.

that did happen to me before because the day before yesterday i went to chicago to go see somebody at the hospital and didnt get out of there till 8 then went to the store and i ony had 20 min to get ready & i was not late!
One time I thought I was going to be late for school. I slept in because I didnt go to bed until one o'clock in the morning. I woke up a six fifty-two, my bus comes at seven o'clock. I only had eight minutes to make the bus and I did.
I always get up really early.I get dress for school.I never late for school.I eat breakfast then I finish breakfast then I watch tv for 5 or 6 mins then my bus come to pick me to school.
I got up late one day for school. I woke up at about 10 am, It took me about a hour to get ready and i still wanted to go to school becuase we had a party that day. I had my phone on silent so nobody could wake me up. I made it there at about 11:30 am.
A time I was late was when I was on my way to school. That day we were going on a field trip and I almost missed my bus.
One time I had an appointment to go to and my appointment started at 7:00 and I got up at 6:45 so I had to hurry up and get dressed, it took me bout 5 minutes to get dress & do my hair all together and it take me more than that then my mama had to get dressed and do all dat & drive all the way over there........and we didnt even make it......3 mins late talking about they cant take us.....
Where I had to go was I had to go to school and school started at 8 o'clock, I sleeped over my timer didn't work. I had to get up before the bus leaves, I got and took a shower a good warm shower it was the best, so I ate and got dress for school. Then when the bus came I got on it I made it cool hey. And I was on time for school I was happy I didn't want to be late. My teacher was happy for me that I wasn't late for scool.
i am to sleep back to school and going car thirty minutes and awake to class bus work hard try work sleep to awake teacher .
this morning i woke up real late cuz i had woke up at 4.30 that mornin and couldnt sleep until 5.15
then i woke up at 7.30 and i had a couple minutes to get ready to go to school with mah neighbors, who give me rides. so thas my story
I never wake up late but one time my mom need to wake me up because i wake up late and i make it on bus on time i take long time to get ready but i get up at 5:40 in the morning but my bus pack me up at 6:50 and i allway make on time on the bus.If i wake up late i call my mom to pack me up go to school and she take to school i was to late because i miss the bus.
I had to wake up and get ready in a few minutes to go GeoCaching.
when i wake up late for school i just go back to sleep because it wont make a diffrence, because i am allready late no matter what
I woke up a 7:40 one time got ready in 3 min. and had to run to school but was late by 2 minutes it sucked.

I woke up late and I had five minutes to get ready and get to school. I still made it to school on time.
Me and my family had planned a trip to Florida and we were going to drive. So that meant that we had to be on the road by 4:00 in the mornining.Especially sense we were making a stop in Georgia to see all of our friends. The only problem was we woke uop at 6:00, now it would take us forever.

My alarm is on my phone. One night I was so tired that I forgot to turn on my phone before I went to sleep. Then I woke up at 7:20 A.M and I only had 5 minutes to get ready. I took a 2 minute shower, skipped breakfast and ran to my friends house to the car pool.
One day my mom woke me up and i didnt want to get up and so i went to bed and my mom woke me up again two minutes before we had at leave.So then i woke up jumped out of bed and brushed my hair and teeth.Then i got dreesed and got socks and my shoes then i grabed my cell phone and a jacket and my bookbag and we left.
Yes i got up at 6:55and I usually get up at 6:40.
Yes it happened to me on a Sunday. It was the weekend and I couldnt go to sleep sunday night. Ifinnaly went to sleep and the next morning I woke up at 7:45 and I had to hurry and rush to school. Luckily I made it on time.
That happend today.i was at a "gettogether" and i had selt late.i woke up with a major headacke because of the loud noise next door.i had call my uncle to come pick me up so i could det some decent cloths on but i only had 2 min. today

The first day of the week I was suppose to be ready for school and I was still tired from the night before. and i had to catch the bus in ten minutes. and I didnt even have my clothes ready and i missed the bus. and my dad had just left for work and now he had to come back to get me and I made It on time but he didnt.
