When you are going to sub in our class you need to knoe these tips on teaching this class
1.when you are goimg to say your name let the students call you by your first name then the student will think your ''cool''
2.when you are going to assign a homework give the kids time to do the work in class
3. when the kids look or/and feel stressed out give them a 2 min break to relax and to talk to their classmates
4.Don't be mean because then they will be extra mean or bad but don't be too nice the they will think you are a push over give them limits
5.the few mins left in class let them talk to their friends
6.the class that comes in will know that you are the best subtitude they will ever have eight out of ten times the class you had before had told them that you are the best.

-not give out any homework

Some of the good charicteristics of a substitute are listening to kids when they hasve a question. Another one is when kids say that theye is a way thatthere teacher does something listen to them and try to do it the samee way so that they dont get conufused. The third charicteristic is good attitude i think it is mpotant for a substitute to be funny but not to funny. Fourth is that i think they should be a little more easy on the kids if they dont get something right cause they might just need help in somethings more then others. last i think they just need to lay back and let rthe kids do there work without hanging over there shoulder.
