Thanks Gracias
In 1789 George Washington announced the very first Thanksgiving. This is a special Time for all of us to be thankful. Every year we can be thankful for different reasons.
In 2013 I am thankful for my new grandson Charlie.
I am also thankful this year for my Dirksen Peace Building students.

    I am thankful for my coach for letting me be on his basketball team at Dirksen Jr High cause I thought I was not going to make it because I wasn't on the 6th grade team last year cause my school didn't have one only a 7th and 8th grade team.
