JFK
John Fitzgerald Kennedy, commonly known by his initials JFK, was the 35th President of the United States, serving from January 1961 until he was assassinated in November 1963.
"Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can
do for your country." ~John F. Kennedy
To me, JFK's quote means a lot to me because people in this world always want things given to them, but don't want to do anything to get it. If I could change the world to make it better I would.
I think this quote means that you should not always count on the government to make the world a better place and you should help your country just as much as it helps you.
I think that the quote " ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country." means that you should not take granite of your country but you should help by doing something good to repay your country.
"Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country." ~John F. Kennedy This quote means to me that I have to put in my share in this country and not just let everyone else do things for me or it will get me nowhere in life.
To me, JFK's quote means that you should not expect something out of someone. That you should be the one giving????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
To me, JFK'S quote means that that there are people that don't do a lot for our country and that we don't have to be one of those people. And that we can help out our country any way possible.
I think JFK was saying not something people in the country could do for you but something you could do for people in the country like bringing in the pop tabs.
The quote that JFK wrote is very important. The quote means to me (don't ask for things in your country but do things to help your country so your country can be better)
It means that you should do more good things for your country and ask for less.
ReplyDeletewhat can you do for your country to make it better.
