Private

 The IV Amendment states that people have the right to privacy at their home and work. That is why the law requires search warrants when the law needs to search your home.

Do you think your boss has the right to know all conversations you have at work? Why?

    no 'cause we have certain things that could be secret. Such as surprise parties, if want you don't want to hurt your bosses feelings. Also if you just need to vent. Finally because every little thing doesn't matter.

    I think no one has the right to be in people's private space. But I think law are searching in people's house and job because you never know what they could be hiding. They could be hiding a deadly weapon, or anything that's not legal. But I think the law need to respect citizen's privacy! Like that is not cool

    If it's a work phone then yeah it's okay, but if it's just you're own phone then I think the boss shouldn't be able to know you're conversation.

    Yes, I do think your boss has the right to read your text messages on your work phone. The reason I feel this way is because you shouldn't be texting personal texts to personal people, you should only talk about work to your co-workers or to your boss. So if you don't do personal things on your work phone then you don't have to worry about your boss all up in you beez wax.
