Welcome

      Hi Welcome to Literacy Lab! I am so glad you are here. Can you believe it's now 4th quarter?
On school days we all need more sleep. Many families have rules on bedtime when you are in school.
Does your family have rules when to go to bed on school nights? Do you stay up later on the weekends?

    On school's days I go to bed whenever im sleepy. In weekends I stay up late.

    On school nights I have to go to bed before 10. On weekends I go to bed when ever I want.

    Yes, my family has rules for bed during school nights unless it's summer. But on weekends my parents let me stay up as late as i want.

    On school days i have at time to sleep but I sleep when ever i want & on week ends I sleep when ever I want too.

    On school days I dont have to go to bed on a certain time. On the weekend I do stay up later than usual.

    No my mom really doesnt care about my bedtime on schoold days or weekends, due to her knowing i can stay up all night and still be able to wake up on time and stay awake in class, and be able to get all my work done.

    My family does not really have rules on going to bed at a certain time. My mom will remind us if it's late, that we should maybe go to sleep, or we will be tired in the morning. On the weekends, I think that I'm going to get a lot of sleep because I don't on weekends, but then I usually end up staying up pretty late.

    No we dont have any bed time rules on school days.
    Yes I do go to bed later on weekends then I would on an school day

    On school days I have to go to bed by 11:30, and on the weekends I stay up all night long.

    On school nights, I have to go to bed at a certain time that time is 9:00 pm. And on weekends I can stay up till 10:30 or 11:00 pm.

    On school days I go to sleep at 10:00 and wake up at 5:30. On weekends I go to sleep at whatever time.

    Yes, my family has rules on school days I have to go to bed early,to wake up early in the morning. And yes I do stay up late on the weekends and stay up until I want.

    On school days I have to go to bed around 9:30.

    On the weekend I can go to bed when ever I want I don't have a bed time.

    My house do have rule and on the day we go to school we have to be asleep by 10pm & on the weekend i do go a little late to bed like at 12pm will be the latest.

    My family does have a bedtime rule,the rule is to sleep at 10 ocloclk or else i will get in trouble! I stay up on weekends untill like.......3:00 am in the morning!

    yes my parents are very strict about me going to bed somtimes when there sleep i stay until 12am but then i fall asleep.

    We dont have rules but I personaly have a time table. On weekdays I go to my room at 7:00. But acually like turn out the lights and get under my covers at 9:00 and try to go to sleep. Yes, on weekdays I go to bed later because you know, it is a weekend. On stardays I stay up all night untill everyone else goes to bed then I go to bed. Then on Sundays I do the same time table on the weekdays because we have school the next morning.

    No , my family doesn't have a bedtime and yes I stay up later on weekends because I don't have school .

    My family has a cerfew like thing where I have to be in my room at a certain time on weekdays so I dont wake up my dad when hes has work, but Im always on my iPod until like 10:00 to 11:00 on Instagram or play games, so I dont always go to sleep on time. On weekends if my dad has work the next day, I have to follow the weekday rules for bedtime. But if he doesnt I can stay up later but not too late. Just stay up all night and have fun on my iPod.

    My family does have rules on going to bed on school nights usually its to be in bed before 11:30.

    No,we do not have bedtime rules in my family.for me any ways because i am older, i can stay up all night if i want to but than i have to wake my self up.and on the weekends i stay up till i get sleepy.

    Yes my family does have rules when I have to go to school on school days because they say it helps me in school. I have to go to bed at 10:00 - 10:30 .On weekends I go to bed around 12:00 - 1:00

    My family does noy have rules for me on school nights. My parents dont have rules because i go to bed at 10:30 every school night. and on the weekend i can go to bed whenever I want and mostly till 4 in the morning.
