I notice some students look sleepy in class. Tell me if you have any rules at your house about bedtime. Do you have a set time to go to bed on school nights? Do you stay up longer on the weekends?

ReplyDeleteAt my house our rule is on school days is go to bed around 9, but I really don't do that rule. I do stay up longer on weekend. I stay up to like 3 or 4 in the morning on the weekend.

ReplyDeleteEveryday I stay up until 12 and sleep during first block to get through all my other blocks without falling asleep and if I cant sleep during first block I usally pass out during FAPA.
