Sleep times
Now that school has started we all need more sleep. Many families have rules on bedtime when you are in school.
Does your family have rules when to go to bed now? Do you stay up later on the weekends?

No , I dont have rules when to go to bed I can go to bed anytime I want to. Yes , I stay up longer on the weekends because I know that I can sleep in as long as I want to without waking up and going to school.

When it starts to get late, like 10:30 my mom starts to hassle me to go to bed. I sometimes stay up later on the weekends but usually I have to mow lawns the next morning so I have to get up early.

When I get home after a certen time I have to go to sleep early, so I can get up early the next day so I can get ready for school. And only on the weekends I can stay up to what ever time I want.

I have to go to bed at somewhere between 8:00 and 9:30 then I have to wake up at 6:00-6:15 on saturday i have to go to Chicago to church so bt is 10 on sunday we can stay up late on sunday but bt is 8-9:30

yea my family have rules when i go to bed like turn off the tv and make sure i wash the dishes before i go to bed. And yea i stay up later on the weekends then i do on the weekdays.
Yes because im going to school in 7:30 in the mornig.And my bedtime is 9:00 clock .Yes i do stay up earler because we dont have school.And that might of awnser you question .

No, my mom trust me enough to go to bed on my own and she likes that she can trust me.I know to go to bed on my own and to get enough sleep so Iam well rested.

Yes, my mom and dad said that we have to go to bed an hor earlier than our normal time which is 8:00 but on the weekends we get to stay up as long as we want.

My sleep times change during school year mostly because i need to stay focused on the work ahead in the day.

ReplyDeleteMy family does not have a rule for a sleeping hour but its usually like around 9 to 11. During the weekendn I usually sleep later than usual.
Now school started i sleep a little earlier acutully i tried to get my self realy tired as posisble then you go right to sleep
