In 1775 there was a famous troop called Minutemen. A Minuteman was supposed to be ready to fire at the enemy at a minute's notice. Have you ever gotten up late and had only a few minutes to get ready before you had to go somewhere

    I had to wake up early in the morning for sectionals in my orchestra. I was set to be there at 7:05. I woke up at 6:30. I took a shower, had breakfast, and jogged there with 2 minutes to spare.

    When I was up late last night my mom woke me up this morning and I didnt hear her call my name then 30 minutes later she came up and yelled my name because I only had 10 minutes until I had to be at school

    I woke up for scool, then I just blinked once and like 40 minutes had passed. It was like 7:40, and I had to be ready in school at 8. Yes I made it on time, I just got ready really fast.

    I was at home and i had to get ready for skool. I woke up at 6:50 and i had to be outside waiting for the bus at 7:00. I didnt want to go to school because i would have been ready.

    -It usually took me a half of hour to get ready.
    -Maybe I stayed up too late, or its because im too tiredd, or i was having good dreams

    It was on a school day when i slept in and I woke up around 7:20 and had only 15 min. to get ready. My hair was up in a messy ponytail and I had bummy clothes on. I did make it to school on time but I didn't like what i wore.

    There was a time in my life where up I woke up late because I slept in. I had to rush and get my clothes on. I had to get to the horse farm. I t took me at least 3 minutes to get dressed. I did make it on time.

On monday i felt asleep and I always wokeup at 6 so i wokeup at 6:40.I was coming to school.I had to get ready in less than 10 mins. I did make it on time just because the bus waited for me.:)

    Well one day I slept in till 7:30am on a Monday morning. I was going to school. It took me about 15 min. to get ready then we left the house at 7:45. When I got to school I was late by 3 min. This all happened because my alarm did not go off. );

    One day when I was in Mexico I was gonna be a godmother and i had to get up at 5 in the morning to take a shower and go get my hair done and then I had to run back home to go get dressed and do my make up. I woke up at 6 and I was runnin really late because I still needed to take shower and go get my hair done. it took along time to get my hair done but I ran home and did my make up and got dress in less then 10 minutes. I did made it on time to church as soon as I got there the bells from the church rang to let the people know that it was going to start.

    I overslept one morning, I had to go to a party early to help set up tables and decorations and help bake 3 cakes and I only had a few mintues to hurry so I packed up my clothes for the party and got there in my polar bear pajamass

    well this has happened to me about 5 times. what happened is that my bus gets to my bus stop at 7:03 and i woke up late. that day i had my phone on a 5 minute snooz so i kept on going back to sleep until i accedently turend the alarm on and then my brain automaticly woke me up at 7 am exactly. so i only about 2 minuts left to get ready for school. and i did make it on time even though the bus had just got there when i left my front door

    Yes, I have a time to slept in I had to go to the doctor. What happened was that my mom had woke me up and when she left I went back to sleep. Then I heard my mom yelling because we were about to leave. I stod up and I put my cothes on and went down stairs to brush my teeth and put my hair up. it took me like 5mins to get ready. The good thing was that we made it on time.

    i slept at 9:00 o'clock at night and i had to get ready before 11:00 o' clock in the morning for a trip to missippsi for are family relion to see the others side of the family, we made just in time but, not the others they were late.

    One time m mom woke me up to go to school and I layed back down.
    When my mom came back in to check on me I was sleep and ai finnaly had awaken a 7:20. I only had 20 minutes to get ready. I actually did make it on time.

    One time I slept in until 6:50 in the morning and I had to get ready for school in 10 minuets. I basically stayed up all night playing my DS and fell asleep all of a sudden. I did make it on time.

    It was a time I was going to school to the first day and my mom left me at my house and she told me to use the alarm clock to wake up and when it rang it was 8:00am.So I walked to school and I was late so I didn't make it on time.

    A time that I had slept my cuzin fransisco went like at 7:38 and told me if I was going to school and I'm like yeah why and i look at the time and it was 7:38 and I just went to the bathroom to wash my face fixed my hair and I was ready and my cuzin wansn't ready yet i was angry cuz he wasn't but we did make it on time well not that early but yeah we had to run !!! :)

    It was a time when I was going to the doctor at 9:30 and when I open my eyes it was 9:15 and we soppose to live at that time. That if we made yes my that drive trough the hallway at 85mh and we made it on time.

    Write about a time you slept in and had to get ready in minutes. What happened? Where were you going? How long did you have to get ready? Did you make it on time?

    i had over slept
    iwasgoing to school
    i had 12 min to get ready
    i wasn't late

    one time` i woke up at 7;45 && i only had 5 ,mins too qet ready && i had too hurry up too school :~( at 7:30 && my mom didn't | let me finishh eatinqq maa food && | i wass mad because she woke my sister up && my sister didn"t qaf< if i ate or not? &&B that was super boquss cause i wouldaa woke her up if she asked mee too ? |
