No Leap Year

Today is the last day of February. Next year will be a leap year, and we will have February 29, 2012. Long ago, in 1288, it was voted that on "Leap Day" women could propose marriage to men. That was the only day a woman could ask a man to get married.
3 questions???

1. How do you think February 29th birthdays should be celebrated? How old would you be today if you were born in leap year? Do you think women should ask men to marry?
